OUR POLICIES

Do you Have Pets in The Art Studio?

Yes, our studio features emotional support animals. Our beloved cat, Fat Cat Allie, Max, an Australian Labradoodle, and a Corgi Mix named Mr. Louie. If your child has allergies or fears animals, this might not be the right camp. We believe that pets bring a calming influence to our Art Studio environment for our students.

What if I register for a Class / Camp and I am sick?

If a student or adult student registered for Creating My Art has a fever or any contagious illness, please do not send them to camp.   Additionally, if a student or adult student misses one or more days of camp due to illness, the fees will not be refundable and cannot be banked or transferred to another time or class.

Am I required to notify Creating My Art if my Child/participant has an allergy?

Yes, if your child/participant has any health concerns, Allergies, Asthma, Anxiety, etc,  you are required to inform Tamara Clary via email and in person before attending camp.

*Failure to notify Creating My Art will result in your loss of camp booking fees.

What is your BEHAVIOR POLICY?

At Creating My Art, we have class rules clearly posted in our studio. These rules ensure that our classes run smoothly, remain enjoyable for all students, and maintain discipline, allowing all art students to have a safe and successful experience.  Behaviors such as rudeness, conflicts with the teacher's authority in the classroom,  talking back, refusal to follow directions, or unwillingness to participate in class projects are unacceptable. *Students engaging in such behaviors may be asked to leave our studio and will not be permitted to return to art camp and class fees are non-refundable and cannot be banked or transferred to another time or class.

What is your policy on Bullying?

Bullying, manipulation, teasing, or harassment of other students will not be tolerated. Any student involved in such behavior will be required to have their parent/guardian pick them up from the center and will not be allowed to enroll in our camp in the future, resulting in the loss of camp booking fees.

What is your policy on SCHEDULE CHANGES?

Once a student or adult student is booked at Creating My Art, they are added to our role, and we begin preparing for their arrival. Our studio space is limited.  Often, we’re at full capacity, and we have to turn students away or add them to a waiting list.  No changes can be made to your booked camp days once you have booked a specific date on our calendar.

What is your CANCELLATION POLICY?

Once you reserve a seat at our ART table, we will start preparing for your arrival! Your reserved seat remains yours whether you choose to attend the class or not.  Please note that cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the booked class. If you cancel your class more than 14 days in advance, the days will be banked as store credit in your account. You have one year to use store credits. However, if you cancel a class less than 14 days before it is scheduled, fees will not be banked, and no store credit will be issued.
