COVID-19 Protocol

In order to reduce the risk of COVID-19 in our studio, the following measures have been put in place, as of July 1, 2021.  We will continue to evaluate as new and relevant data is shared by the CDC.

 

All Creating My Art staff are fully vaccinated and completed with Booster shots.

 

Social distancing is encouraged and facilitated.

 

All surfaces are regularly sanitized, and regular hand-washing is encouraged.

 

SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN & ADULTS

If a student or an adult student has special learning needs you must inform the instructor. It benefits both your child and our staff in preparing lessons that will be taught to insure success. 

ILLNESS

If a student or  an adult student that is registered to attend Creating My Art & has a fever or any contagious illnesses/conditions please refrain from sending them to camp or attending.  

 

If a Student or Adult Student that is registered to attend Creating My Art misses a day of camp due to illness, fees will not be refundable or be able to be banked/ transferred to another time or class.

BEHAVIOR POLICY

Creating My Art centers have class rules that are posted in our studio.  Class rules make it possible for our classes to run smoothly, be fun and discipline to be obtained so all art students have a safe and successful day in class. 

 

Rudeness, talking back or refusal to follow directions or refusal to participate in class projects is not acceptable and may result in the student being asked to leave our studio and not to return to art camp. Class fees will not be refundable or be able to be banked/ transferred to another time or class. 

 

Bullying, manipulation, teasing or harassing other students will not be tolerated and the student will be asked to be picked up from the center and won’t be able to enroll in our camp in the future.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

Once a student or adult student is booked at Creating My Art they are added to our role and we begin preparing for their arrival. Our space is limited in our studio.  Often we’re at full capacity and we have to turn students away or add them to a waiting list.  No changes can be made to your booked camp days once you have booked a specific date on our calendar.

CANCELATION POLICY

Once you have reserved a seat at our ART table, we begin preparing for your arrival! A reserved seat at our table is yours whether you choose to attend class or not.

 

Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to a booked class in written form.

 

Your camp days will be banked / store credit given to your account. The banked days / store credit do not expire. If you cancel a class less than 14 days in advance of the scheduled class, fees will not be banked/ store credit given.

NO SHOWS FOR CLASS

If you do not show up for Art class NO banked day / store credit will be given.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY & PHOTO RELEASE

By registering for an activity on our website or via the ActivityHub Partner Marketplace app, you are agreeing to our waiver of liability and terms. This includes granting us a photo release for marketing purposes. Please note, neither Creating My Art nor ActivityHub will sell or distribute your personal information to third-party organizations for marketing or any other purposes.

MOBILE DEVICE USAGE POLICY

At Creating My Art, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. To ensure the safety, privacy, and uninterrupted engagement of our activities, we have established the following Mobile Device Usage Policy:

 

  1. Respect for Fellow Participants:
    – Please be mindful of your fellow participants and maintain a respectful environment by limiting the use of mobile devices.
    – Keep your phone on silent mode or vibrate to minimize disruptions.
  2. Safety First:
    – Safety is our top priority. Avoid any mobile device use that may compromise your safety or the safety of others during physical activities.
  3. Privacy Consideration:
    – Protect the privacy of fellow participants by refraining from taking photos, videos, or recordings without their explicit consent.
    – Do not share or post images or videos of other participants on social media or public platforms without their consent.
  4. Creating My Art Discretion:
    – Activity partners have the discretion to limit or restrict mobile device usage within their specific areas or during particular activities.
    – Please adhere to any additional rules or guidelines set by the activity partner regarding mobile device usage.
  5. Emergency Situations:
    – In case of an emergency, participants are allowed to use their mobile devices to call for assistance or communicate urgent information.
  6. Quiet/ Private Zones:
    – Respect designated quiet zones where mobile device usage is not permitted. These areas are intended for relaxation, privacy and focus.
  7. Special Events and Performances:
    – During special events, performances, or presentations, please turn off or silence your mobile device to avoid disruptions.
  8. Compliance:
    – Failure to comply with this Mobile Device Usage Policy may result in a participant being asked to leave the activity or the center premises.
